Care Partners Health Care is a company based in Dunfermline offering Care at Home service covering the Fife and Edinburgh areas. As a team we aim to provide a person centred service tailored to meet the needs of our service users and help in maintaining as much as possible personal independence and independent living. We closely follow our care principles to involve all our service users in the process of planning out care provision. Our care principles are explained in more detail as shown below.

Privacy
In health care facilities, many people are living in shared quarters. Nurse assistants should take care not to discuss patients’ private matters with others.
Maintenance of Dignity
We aim to ensure that all our staff preserve all service user's dignity and self respect.
Promoting Independence
Our staff during the day to day home care provision aim to promote independence as much as possible to help in the promotion of the wellbeing of each of the service users.
